The Tree/Trädet

What’s whith Charlotte Gainsbourg and trees? This is a romantic film though, about people and the beautiful landscape – which seldom works. Photo and editing isn’t great but the playing is descent. Then the house that the family lives in, and actuallly the tree itself, are lost to just standing there – without playing their parts. With a little higher ambitions and some afterthought this could have been better than White Material. Now it’s worse than The Hedgehog.

Men här valde man romans. Besviket foto, lite trubbig klippning men hyfsat spel.
